Dinner at the Big Table - Saturday July 25

Maybe you've taken a class at the bakery. Maybe you've come in on a Saturday morning and ordered at the counter.

Or maybe you've watched the photos go by online and thought, someday...

I've been wanting to do something different — something closer to what I used to do in Paris, where I'd cook for you and we all sit down together and just... talk.

So I'm doing it.

Saturday, July 25th, 6 to 9 pm 
Location: Belleville Bakery, 217 College Street, Burlington, VT

The big table seats 12 (that's 11 guests + me).
I cook, you arrive, we eat together.

• Cheddar crackers and tequila red pepper jelly
• Homemade paprika hummus and thick greek pita
• Your choice of Vegetarian Lasagne (mushrooms, champagne, spinach, leeks, cream sauce) or Sausage Lasagne (tomato, sausage, basil)
• Greens tossed in lemon cream dressing
• Strawberry cake with strawberry caramel topping and whipped white chocolate ganache
• Drinks, homemade cucumber lime cocktail, and rosemary lemonade mocktail

$125 a person. Eleven seats only.

Come solo, come with someone — either way you'll leave knowing people.

No nuts in these recipes, but there are nuts in the bakery.
If you prepay and need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hrs notice so that I can fill your spot. Late cancellations can't otherwise be refunded :(
