The GF Pistachio Chocolate cookies are made with Bob's Red Mill 1-1 Gluten Free flour. We are not a gluten-free facility; cross-contamination is therefore possible.

Made with dark chocolate, so dark, in fact, we had to do a separate recipe development to get the right chocolate. And we settled on Tony's Chocolonely. Not an advertisement, just the best grocery store dark chocolate I found when doing my taste-testing videos. 

The Jamland cookies are NOT GF. They have are a shortbread base, covered in thick strawberry jam, topped with crumble. What could go wrong?

Your cookies will be baked and wrapped and shipped the same day. Will arrive to you approximately 2-5 days later (and often sooner, as 90% of packages are now being sent by UPS). While I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, I ONLY ship on Wednesdays to ensure that you  get them as quickly as possible.
