Start with good, salted Vermont butter. Then add sugar, eggs, perfectly over-ripe bananas, chopped up Belgian chocolate. Topped with a crispy chocolate glaze.

This was originally my mother's banana bread recipe from when I was a kid. I've jazzed it up a bit with imported belgian chocolate. 

It can be your treat for doing hard things ;)

The mini-loaf is baked and wrapped and shipped the same day. Will arrive to you approximately 2-5 days later (or so says USPS!). While I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, I ONLY ship on Wednesdays and Thursdays to ensure that you  get them as quickly as possible.
 
Ingredients: butter, sugar, eggs, bananas, flour, salt, baking soda. chocolate. one teaspoon of vegetable oil in the chocolate glaze, not in the cake.
