8 Pistachio Chocolate Cookies (gluten-free)

These cookies are made with Bob's Red Mill 1-1 Gluten Free flour. We are not a gluten-free facility; cross-contamination is therefore possible.

Made with dark chocolate, so dark, in fact, we had to do a separate recipe development to get the right chocolate. And we settled on Tony's Chocolonely. Not an advertisement, just the best grocery store dark chocolate I found when doing my taste-testing videos.

Your cookies will be baked and wrapped and shipped the same day. Will arrive to you approximately 2-5 days later (and often sooner, as 90% of packages are now being sent by UPS). While I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, I ONLY ship on Wednesdays to ensure that you  get them as quickly as possible.
 
Ingredients: browned butter, three kinds of sugar, gluten-free flour, salt, pistachio paste, chopped pistachios, almond extract, baking soda, eggs, & tony's chocolonely dark chocolate chunks.
