8 Double Chocolate Cookies

Start with good salted Vermont butter. Then add cocoa. OK, you could stop there, but maybe you should add some sugar, some good vanilla, perhaps some flour, why not. A bit of leavener. And then - yes! - required! - semi-sweet Belgian chocolate chips.

They're that good.

They're also notoriously hard to photograph, so I've got a picture for you here with teethmarks. Which is what you'll do. The box will arrive, you'll open, read the cute hand-written note from me, and then you'll dive in head-first ...

Your cookies will be baked and wrapped and shipped the same day. Will arrive to you approximately 2-5 days later (or so says USPS!). While I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, I ONLY ship on Wednesdays and Thursdays to ensure that you  get them as quickly as possible.
