10 Almond Financier Cookies

The almond financier cookies are made with browned Vermont butter, and they're baked in a special mould so they're gold-bar shaped :) 

The box will arrive, you'll open, read the cute hand-written note from me, and then you'll dive in head-first ...

Your cookies will be baked and wrapped and shipped the same day. Will arrive to you approximately 2-3 days later (or so says UPS!). While I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, I ONLY ship on Wednesdays and Thursdays to ensure that you  get them as quickly as possible.
 
Ingredients: salted vermont butter, powdered sugar, flour, almond flour, egg whites, salt, imported european flavouring
