We'll do the easy, perfect, works-every-time kind, shall we?\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe'll make two kinds of shortbread: Bar Shortbread that you bake in a pan and then cut, and Cappuccino Shortbread (with dark chocolate brushed on top). Both can be pre-baked, frozen, and kept on-hand for 'emergencies' - or for holiday gifts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou'll learn how to mix, bake, package, store, and freeze.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou’ll leave with some baked samples, complete recipes that use regular grocery store ingredients, and a list of tools with Amazon links in case you want to buy some of the same bits to have at home (like the kitchen aid (!) or the digital scale). \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eYou will be in the bakery kitchen, hands-on, small group (limited to 9 students).
