You'll prove, shape, and bake. Some bread we'll leave overnight to prove, and then we'll finish baking the next morning.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI will be demonstrating parts of the recipes, and you will be completing some of the steps. You will learn to knead by machine and by hand, how to scale recipes to suit the volume required, and what can be prepared in advance (for fridge and freezer). I'll also share with you my insider trick on how to make a proofing box at home with a ‘lizard’ pad. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou’ll leave the workshop with complete recipes that use regular grocery store ingredients, and a list of tools with Amazon links in case you want to buy some of the same bits to have at home (like the same KitchenAid stand mixer that I have haha). \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou'll also go home with bread!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will be in the bakery kitchen, both watching me demonstrate AND preparing things hands-on, small group (limited to 9 students), all around our central worktable.
